Golden Buddies Bookout !


Ye! Every pair of buddies whom got Gold for their IPPT (NAPFA test in your case). My buddy Ryan and i got Gold and so ...we get to book out !!! XD


pull ups ,just enough to get gold = 12
sit ups , did my Max = 60 i think
Shuttle run, just run it out = 9.5s
standing board jump, any how la = 250cm
seat and reach = no such thing in army. hahaha
2.4km, All or nothing = 8:35 (personal best eva!)




Michelle's New French Friends from 27 Thomson Heights. Its funny how they got to meet. ha. Started off with michelle breaking the ice with a conversation at their gate and next thing they knew, the little French Fries came ringing our door bell to come play batminton. ha.

Anyway! Ryan's dad fetched us from the Ferry Terminal because mom and dad were both busy. Went out for supper with my family at Geyland. Naaice!
